Focused, not bloated
Each product does one job well. We would rather ship a few sharp tools than one sprawling suite nobody can configure.
About
Digadop builds focused, independent products for Salesforce teams. We take the repetitive, manual parts of running a custom org, documentation, access analysis, in-app help, outreach, and automate them, so admins, security, and ops teams spend their time on decisions instead of upkeep.
A custom Salesforce org is never "done." Documentation drifts out of date the moment the build changes. Access sprawls across profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules until nobody can fully explain who can see what. Users file tickets for answers that should be one click away. Every one of those is real work that quietly eats your team's week.
Digadop's bet is that most of that work no longer needs a human doing it by hand. Our products read your real Salesforce configuration and use AI to keep documentation current, surface and explain access risk, answer users in context, and automate one-to-one messaging, continuously, not as a one-time project.
What we value
Each product does one job well. We would rather ship a few sharp tools than one sprawling suite nobody can configure.
We use AI where it removes real, repetitive work, generating documentation, analyzing access, drafting help, not as a gimmick.
We request only the access each product needs, say plainly what we read and write, and engineer for safety so security teams can connect us with confidence.
A shared security and data model means every product makes the next more useful, instead of adding another silo to maintain.
The family
A Salesforce access and permission auditor: exactly who can reach a record or field, and the precise grant that allows it.
The security-posture product that judges access: ranked risk findings, remediation, and a posture score. In development, not yet available.
AI-generated documentation of your org, produced from the configuration itself so the docs never fall behind the build.
Salesforce-native in-app help, so users get answers in context instead of filing a ticket.
One-to-one lifecycle email and lead capture with deliverability built in, on a generic intake API.
Automated backup of your Salesforce data and metadata, with point-in-time and selective restore. In development, not yet available.
Meet the Muses
Each Digadop product has a Muse: an AI persona who is that product's public voice and your point of contact. They are AI, not people, and we say so plainly. Click any Muse to read their full profile.

Digadop is the software brand of Stony Point, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Digadop. Stony Point has spent years in the Salesforce trenches, running hands-on admin and security training and building software for the teams who keep custom orgs running.
The company was founded by Steve Wasula, a certified Salesforce instructor. While teaching Salesforce in 2010, he coined the phrase "who sees what" to explain access and visibility to admins, language Salesforce later adopted in its own training. That instructor's lens, start from how access and configuration actually behave, then make it understandable, runs through everything Digadop ships.
